“I just completed my BLS recertification. I have to say that Darla and Debora are unbelievable CPR teachers. It was the best CPR experience that I’ve had ever. It was individualized and far more effective than a big group setting. I highly recommend doing CPR with the CPR Sister’s!”

Our goal is to provide life saving skills - from lay person to healthcare provider - in a professional, yet non-threatening environment.
Our Services
BLS for the Healthcare Provider
The Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider course, offered by the CPR Sister’s and awards American Heart Association Certification (AHA), equips healthcare professionals with essential skills to respond effectively to cardiac emergencies. Participants learn to perform high-quality CPR for victims of all ages, incorporating techniques such as rescue breaths using a barrier device, proper use of a bag-mask for ventilation, and handling an automated external defibrillator (AED). Additionally, the course addresses the critical intervention for foreign-body airway obstruction, ensuring caregivers can provide comprehensive support in various medical settings. Certification from this course not only reflects mastery of these vital skills but also underscores the provider's commitment to delivering life-saving care.
Lay Person CPR
Lay Person CPR is a critical skill that can save lives during emergencies involving adults, children, and infants. The course equips individuals with essential techniques for performing CPR and using an automated external defibrillator (AED). Participants learn to recognize the signs of a heart attack, stroke, cardiac arrest, and foreign-body airway obstruction, enabling prompt and effective responses. Successful completion of this course not only provides valuable skills but also offers certification, meeting the necessary requirements for those involved in early access defibrillation programs, thereby enhancing community readiness and safety.
First Aid Certification
Our First Aid class is an essential training program designed to meet OSHA requirements for first aid training in workplace settings. Participants earn an American Heart Association (AHA) card certification upon completion, demonstrating their proficiency in critical first aid skills. The course comprehensively covers First Aid Basics, Medical Emergencies, Injury Emergencies, and Environmental Emergencies. It equips lay rescuers with the knowledge and psychomotor skills necessary to recognize emergencies effectively and provide crucial first aid until emergency medical services (EMS) arrive. By fostering a safer work environment through this training, organizations show their commitment to employee safety and preparedness.
